Peter Stratigakis
CEO & Founder
Peter Stratigakis is an accomplished real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in property and asset management, finance, operations, and acquisitions. Peter plays an active role in real estate development
and construction, investment and management, and believes in maintaining strong relationships with all vested parties.
He is the founder of Division Property Management and is the Executive directly involved in all aspects of the operations of the business. From managing properties, overseeing and recruiting new staff, pursuing investments,
procuring business development opportunities, and implementing new technology and efficiencies.
Peter served in the Marine Corps Infantry with multiple overseas deployments where he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. He also served in the White House Military Office where he was awarded the Presidential
Service Badge. During the height of the pandemic, he found that the skills acquired during his service in the military and the White House to be invaluable as he quickly implemented Emergency Pandemic safety procedures
within all of his managed assets. The procedures implemented serve to protect residents, staff, and service providers, to ensure that quality of life in the buildings would be maintained.
As an Executive he deals directly with tenants and landlords through leasing, construction and project management, consulting, site surveys, project scheduling, and contract negotiations. His involvement includes
strategic capital planning, including financing, budgeting, workouts and restructures, partner buy-out agreements, and loan purchases.
Additionally, Peter owns several multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the metropolitan New York City area. These investments have generated substantial returns to his investors.
Peter sits on the Board of Directors at Sts. Constantine and Helen Cathedral in Downtown Brooklyn. He is also a member of the American Legion and will begin duties on the Executive Board of Post 1636 in 2024.
